Compared it to one of my other kickstarter bluetooths, the NudeAudio Super M and it fared quite well. The Quarterwave is capable of being slightly louder than the Super M and has a much more saturated sound. The Quarterwave was also much more impacted by the EQ settings in my Spotify App. I'm happy with the purchase.

CLEAN

I received quarter-wave yesterday and am now enjoying tunes in style. Operation is as advertised. Easy and simple to fire up. Sounds good. Clear, open sound. Midrange clean. Look forward to adding the q-wave base module. A couple items: Volume knob needs upgrade. The plastic is cheap and the clipped mold attachment was not trimmed off. A more refined weighty knob would befit the system. More time in refinishing is needed, to: smooth the layered construction remove a few minor indents smooth the sides of the transmission line at least 6 inches into enclosure Overall I am pleased with your product. Nice work. Already given a good review to a friend. Let me know when your q-wave is ready for purchase.

Totally lacking in customer support

I have no idea what the company is up to - but they offer no way to contact them other than email and they have ignored my emails for 3 months. Thir product may be ok but the company itself is sadly lacking in its ability to maintain relationships with its customers. Ultimately this will sink them.
